Can I get a refund?
Your First Payment
Applies to '"At A Gig" for Life' and subscription payments. You are eligible for a refund, providing you contact us within 7 days of the purchase, and have used the app fewer than 10 times. To request a refund, please contact our support team and include the email address you used to sign up for "At A Gig".
The following processing fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is found to be faulty:

Subscription Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to continue, make sure to cancel before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a renewal will take effect for the next billing cycle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription easily in one of these ways:
- Easiest: In the "At A Gig" app go to Settings > Subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Use our contact form.
- Message us on our Discord chat portal.
Important:
Uninstalling the "At A Gig" app from your device does not cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, make sure to cancel using one of the methods above.
